What Information do I Need to Submit my Application?

Be ready to give contact information for two people who can help in an emergency.

Terms & Conditions
Please be ready to sign the Special Olympics Canada Terms & Conditions. These must be signed by the athlete's legal guardian.

If you are the legal guardian, you will sign the Terms & Conditions during registration.
If you are not the legal guardian, you will be asked to provide the guardian's name and email address so we can send them the Terms & Conditions to sign.

The Terms & Conditions must be completed for the athlete to be eligible to participate in Special Olympics.
